Third birthday celebration!

The third birthday of the Climate Just website was celebrated on 16th February 2018 in London at the City Hall offices of the Greater London Authority, courtesy of our hosts the London Climate Change Partnership. Stakeholders from the London area joined project team members in the stunning London Living Room that overlooks Tower Bridge and the River Thames to toast three years of hard work in bringing climate justice to the attention of public service providers across the country.

In addition to the thousands of people who have used the site online, the team have been out and about and worked with some 650 people in person. Thirty events have been held in locations from Glasgow in the north to Plymouth in the south, Cardiff in the west to Melton Mowbray in the east. Training has been provided to a variety of public and voluntary sector professionals in large urban locations and remote rural locations, including three workshops in Cumbria, parts of which were devastated by flood events in 2009 and 2015.

Please contact us if you are interested in organising a Climate Just training event for your colleagues, partners and stakeholders in your own local area.
